FAQs

  • We do require a down payment of 30% of the order to book and reserve your order. The down payment is not refundable. But if you need to move the dates of your event or make other arrangements, we are here to help.

  • There are two ways to setup your order.

    1)      You can either shop online in our shop section to book and reserve the equipment desired.

    2)      Fill out our Custom Quote Request form and we can help build you a more specific quote to suit your needs.  

  • No, there is no minimum amount.

  • We require a 30% down payment to secure the order and book your reservation. The down payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 4 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.

    You can make a payment toward the remaining balance at any time. Payments will be made online through a secure link to our payment processor.   

  • Yes, you can make the selection for customer pick-up or delivery in your Cart.

    Customers wishing to do customer pick-up will be picking up and returning the equipment at our facility in the east Pearland, TX location.

    If you wish to do a customer pick-up, you must be able to safely and carefully haul the items.

  • Yes, and it is non-optional.

  • We will be monitoring the weather forecast for our team’s tent installation crew’s safety, and for the safety of all our customers.

    In the event of bad weather (rain, strong winds, lighting, storms, etc) we may coordinate with our customers for adjusting our delivery and installation schedule. Or if the weather is seen as an unavoidable hazard, we will offer our customers a raincheck.
