Payment terms:
Down Payment: The initial down payment is 30% of the order total. The down payment is made to secure and reserve your order. The down payment is non-refundable.
The order balance must be paid in full at least 4 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
Online booking process
Below is an example and walkthrough of how to use our online booking portal. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.
1. Select the Pickup and Return Dates:
Select the dates you would like to pick up and return the equipment. The pickup and return dates are also the delivery drop off and pick up dates if you would like to have the equipment delivered. You can simply select the delivery service option at check out.
Please know we do not charge you for the pickup or return day unless it is a same day pickup and return.
Remember to give yourself grace and plan for a pickup/delivery at least a day before your event and don’t rush your party to end, plan your return at least a day after.
2. Check the equipment availability before booking:
You can easily check the equipment and quantities available by clicking the “Check Availability” button. Then our inventory will be presented to ensure you will have what you want when you want it.
If you happen to need more than of something than shown as available, no worries. Just let us know as inventory can also be made available from cancellations or early returns.
3. Add to Cart:
Once you have confirmed your dates and availability, and you are ready to reserve the item, just click “Add to Cart”
4. Offered Services - Delivery & Pick-up option:
Looking to enjoy your event and reduce your load; select our delivery and pick-up services. When you view your cart you will be able to select the desired services to add to the order.
If you would like to pick up the products and return them on your own, you may select the “Customer Pickup-Free” option.
We also offer our “Setup Services-will send quote” which is to setup rented tables and chairs. the initial cost is presented online but is subject to change depending on location, quantities of rented items, and other considerations. Our customer care representatives will confirm and send you the full quote if applicable.
When you make your deposit and book your equipment a customer care representative will reach out to you to confirm your order and any services selected.
5. Ready to Checkout and Pay
Once you have selected all your desired items and services, you are ready for checkout.
Click the Checkout button as shown and you will be directed to the secure checkout menu for deposit and book finalization.
When completed you will recieve your booking confirmation and deposit reciept.
6. Billing and Payment information
Before heading to the final payment section you will need to update the required information: Name, contact email address, billing address, and the address of the event where the rental products will be placed. There will be a section at the bottom for you to review, read, and accept the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. By accepting the terms and agreement section you are agreeing to and acknowledging the terms of service.
